Catching Up!

I've been busier than a one-legged man in a rear-end kicking contest lately. Just wanted to catch you up on Kenny's Stuff.

We've all been consumed with Libby Claire McGarity who fractured her skull from a fall on Friday, July 10th. She and her family were vacationing in Tampa, Florida. She has been at the All Children's Hospital in St. Peterburg ever since. She almost went Home on 3 different occasions, but God blessed us by keeping her here. Today, she is making great progress toward a slow, but prayerfully full recovery. Keep praying for her, Matt and Elizabeth and the kids.

Kia graduated from PA school on July 19th at Chatham University in Pittsburgh. We are so proud of her. She is now back in Charlotte preparing for her boards and seeking a job. Pray for her, too. It's great to have her back in God's country.

Clay is in Pensacola, Florida as a golf professional. He is working on his game so he can hopefully stay within shouting distance of his dad's superb golf game. Pray for him, too. He is my boy, and I'm so very proud of him. I wish he was closer home. Pray for that, too.

We are trying to get GRACE Groups up and running at the church. Everyone needs to get CONNECTED with God and one another. Small groups are great for both. Pray that we can get EVERYONE involved.
